Dr. John Miller
Dr. John Miller was raised in Lenoir, NC and graduated from West Caldwell High School. After graduating from high school, he attended UNC Chapel Hill and completed his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. He joined the practice in 1988 after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with Dr. Blanton and has been proudly serving patients throughout the Rutherford area for over 30 years.
Dr. Miller enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and cosmetic dentistry. He served as President and Vice President of the Isothermal Dental Society, where he remains an active member. He is also a member of the North Carolina Dental Society and American Dental Association. He has been a mentor for the McNair Foundation, working with students from both R-S Central High School and R-S Middle School. He volunteers at schools in the community, educating children about the importance of good dental hygiene.
Outside of the office, Dr. Miller enjoys traveling with his wife, Beth, and spending as much time as possible loving and spoiling his grandchildren. He also enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, boating and fishing. He is very active in his church, where he is a part of the choir and hand bells group.
