Dr. Cecil Brian Moore

Dr. Brian Moore was born and raised in Rutherford County, North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UNC Adams School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill.

Committed to providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Moore has pursued extensive continuing education throughout his career. He completed advanced training in Dental Sleep Medicine through the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and has been treating patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea since 2006. He also completed advanced education in Dental Implant Surgery and Restoration through the International Dental Implant Association, earning his Mastership in 2018.

Dr. Moore joined the practice in 2002 and has proudly served patients in Rutherford County for more than 24 years. In 2025, he became the sole owner of Blanton, Miller & Moore DDS, continuing the practice’s long-standing commitment to providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care to the community.

He is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, and the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Moore enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with special interests in dental implants, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in his church and the Rutherford County community. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find him hiking, enjoying the outdoors, or cruising in one of his restored Ford Broncos—a hobby that combines his love of craftsmanship with his passion for adventure.
